We are seeking fully licensed clinicians who want flexibility, administrative support, and optional mentorship—without the overhead of running their own practice. Ideal candidates are self-motivated and looking to grow a specialty or serve clients in a focused area aligned with their values.

What We Provide

• Flat rate per-session compensation ($60–$70/session)

• Administrative support including billing, scheduling, and EHR

• Referral support and practice-building mentorship (as desired)

• Potential supervision opportunities

• Team connection through optional meetings or consultations

Required Qualifications

• Active independent license in Arizona (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or licensed psychologist)

• Must carry your own liability insurance and be eligible to work as a contractor

• Strong clinical judgment and experience working independently

• Values-aligned with identity development, cultural humility, and social justice

Preferred

• Established clinical niche or interest in developing one

• Capacity to see at least 5–10 clients/week initially
