We believe therapy should be clear, accessible, and respectful of your time and resources. Below you’ll find our session fees and insurance information.

Tiered pricing allows us to offer high-quality care at multiple price points, support supervised training and clinician development, and expand access for clients across economic realities.

Rates

Rates are dependent on financial need and level of therapist experience; rates range from $100 - $200 per session.

Insurance

We’re in-network with UnitedHealthcare (UHC), Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Curative, and Aetna. We also accept Cigna and UHC Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs).

If you're using insurance, we’ll confirm your coverage before you begin so you know what to expect. If we’re not in-network with your plan, we can provide a superbill you can submit for possible reimbursement.
